Our Price Match Guarantee
We’ll match the price of any qualifying competitor quote for the same renovation project. Here’s what you need to know.
Applicable Services
We offer price matching only for major renovation scopes with a documented proposal. This includes:
- Full interior renovations (kitchen, basement, bathroom)
- Structural alterations
- Additions
What’s excluded: Small repairs, service calls, or jobs that involve only tile or paint.
Competitor Criteria
To qualify, the competitor must:
- Be licensed in Ontario and insured
- BBB Acredited
- Be local to the Ottawa region and able to provide a written competitive quote
- Be able to provide service to the RenoMark Standards
What Counts as an “Identical Project”
We can only match quotes that meet all of these conditions:
- Same detailed scope of work
- Same materials and quality specifications (brands/grades)
- Same deliverables, including design fees, permits, engineering, and inspections
- Same contract terms and timelines
Important: The quote must be verifiable and submitted before signing a contract with Greenlight. If the competitor’s quote has contingencies that we cannot cover, price matching does not apply.
