Standard Warranty Coverage

Extended Warranty Options

For larger renovation projects, additional protection may be available. Optional extended coverage can include:

Extended warranties are typically available for full renovations, additions, and major structural projects. Coverage upgrades are priced individually based on project size, complexity, and risk exposure.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper maintenance

Work completed or modified by other contractors

Structural movement outside the engineered scope

Moisture issues unrelated to our installations

Acts of nature or environmental damage

Alterations made after project completion

Client-Supplied Materials

If homeowners choose to supply their own fixtures or materials:

If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, coverage is limited to labour directly associated with our installation.

One Point of Responsibility

Greenlight Renovation manages all warranty matters directly. While we work with trusted subcontractors and suppliers, they remain accountable to us, not the homeowner.
That means you always have one point of contact if a warranty issue ever arises, and we coordinate all inspections and corrective work.

Once a claim is received, Greenlight Renovation will assess the concern and determine whether it falls within the scope of the project warranty.
